To our newest patients and families, we welcome you to Pediatric Medical Associates (PMA). We are an independent pediatric practice with an office in Norristown/East Norriton, Montgomery County, PA. Our Board Certified Pediatricians pledge to provide state of the art care to your children and your family 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
At PMA you will never be surprised by an unfamiliar face or voice. We do not sign out care for our patients to other physician groups, nor do we provide coverage for other practices. Preparing yourselves and your home for a newborn for the first time should be an enjoyable experience. A key element to your success is being prepared. All providers at PMA are available for a virtual "Prenatal visit" where we can get to know you, answer all of your questions, give advice where needed, and generally discuss what the first few weeks with your new baby will be like. We can review feeding schedules, safe sleep habits, and first vaccines along with how our office works. Becoming a new parent is stressful. Being prepared will go a long way toward reducing the stress!
PMA takes the responsibility of patient care very seriously. This is why we want our website to be not only user friendly, but also to be a valuable, interactive tool for our patients and their families. You can save considerable time during your first visit by printing these form for your child, completing it at home, and bringing the completed form with you to your first visit. The patient, family, and social history is an essential part of the medical record and will be transferred to your child’s secure, permanent electronic health record.
